01.02 – Using the client register

This log records all client files created in the application. It allows for both viewing existing files and performing the main management actions.

Available actions #

  • Create a new customer or prospect (top-left corner)
  • Access an existing customer's KYC folder (by clicking on the customer's name)
  • Delete a customer, if your profile has the necessary permissions (top right corner)
  • View the synthetic information associated with each client (via the summary table)
  • Export customer registry to Excel (top right corner)

Information displayed in the registry #

  • Client type: individual or legal entity.
  • Vigilance level assigned: simplified, standard or enhanced.
  • Customer status: prospect, active or passive or refused
  • Assigned customer category.
  • Customer's main country.
  • Date the customer was created in the application.
  • KYC file review frequency (Warning! Different from name screening frequency)
  • Progress of document collection.

Point of attention: Deleting a customer should be done with caution. Always check internal retention and traceability rules before deleting a record. If a customer is no longer active, we invite you to classify them as «inactive». This will allow you to keep all information for the necessary period and filter only on your active customers on a daily basis.
